Student Category
Eligibility:
Must be currently enrolled as a student.
A valid student ID must be presented upon request.
Submission & Participation:

Professional Category
Eligibility:
Must be a practicing professional artist.
Submission & Participation:

Contest Participation & Selection Process
Registration Confirmation
All participants will receive a confirmation email upon successful registration.
The email will include a Unique Participant ID.
Online Contest Confirmation
Once registrations are closed, participants will receive a second confirmation email for the Online Contest, including:
Contest date
Zoom meeting link
Submission portal link
Online Contest Participation
Participants must:
Join the Zoom session on the scheduled date
Keep their camera turned on and participate live
Submit their entry through the submission portal (link provided in the email)
Jury Evaluation
After all submissions are completed, the jury will evaluate entries across all categories.
Top 50 participants (combined across all categories) will be shortlisted.
Final Round at GAFX 2026
The shortlisted Top 50 participants will compete onsite at GAFX 2026.
Awards
From the Top 50 finalists, the best 20 participants will be awarded during the GAFX 2026 Grand Valedictory Ceremony.
